The Mina Umi master set combines two selectable cutters with a fixed 6.0" 30-tooth thinner. All three use SUS440C at 58 HRC, convex edges, offset handles, mirror polish and key-adjustable screws; every combination is right-handed.
Two cutting scissors and a fixed 6.0" thinner with 30 V-groove teeth form the Mina Umi master set. Each cutter can be selected from 4.5", 5.0", 5.5", 6.0", 6.5" or 7.0". All three tools use SUS440C at 58 HRC, convex edges, offset handles, mirror polish and key-adjustable screws.
Cutter lengths may match or use separate classes; the thinner stays 6.0". Straight blade profiles apply to the cutting tools.
The storage box contains the set, maintenance cloth and care guide. A travel case and tension key are bonus extras. Two selectable cutters and a dedicated thinner give a student one coordinated kit for building distinct cutting and weight-removal steps.
